Our President, Rhonda Green had the pleasure of inducting Jenny and Peter Leslie to our Club at the October meeting.
We are always happy when visitors to the Club enjoy the meetings and hear about all our varied activities our Outings Office has organised so much that they decide to join in the Fun and Friendship.
Already Jenny and Peter are involved in the Club by participating in our Trivia Activities. This Wednesday when we are holding our Probus 50th Anniversary Trivia Competition they are part of the Team who will ensure the event runs smoothly and the day is a success. Welcome to the Club Jenny and Peter.

One of our popular and regular Guest Speakers, Rod Preston, came to our August General Meeting recently. We keep asking him back each year. His PowerPoint presentation is so well prepared and entertaining, and Rod always adds some humour to his talk. Rod's presentation was titled:
Rod Preston, Post Office Stories: Theme ‘It Started with a Kiss’ by Hot Chocolate.
Rod did not disappoint with his presentation. One was intrigued on how a kiss had anything to do with the mail, as the cryptic and twisted story was going in different directions. By the end it was all falling into place.
Rod will return next year with his new presentation.

Photo: Our Guest Speaker Officer, Annette Short thanking Rod for his wonderful and entertaining presentation and everyone will be looking forward to his return next year.
