Every backpack has a story. 🎒

At this year’s Big S’Cool Walk, we got to hand school kits straight to the students at Cantabon Elementary School and Kimbal Elementary School, and their faces said it all.

New bags on backs, flags waving, the whole school lined up together. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference: kids who walk a long way to class now have the supplies to make every school day count.

None of this happens without you. Every walker, donor, sponsor and partner helped fill these kits. Salamat kaayo to the teachers and parents who helped us get them into the right hands.

Rain, dancing, high-fives and a field full of kids. That’s the Big S’Cool Walk.

The 2026 walk brought us back to Cantabon Elementary School and Kimbal Elementary School, where we were welcomed with cheers, smiles and performances that stopped us in our tracks.

From the program under the tents to sharing gifts, hugging it out and an embarrassing number of selfies, every moment showed why we keep coming back. Even the rain couldn’t slow things down. Raincoats on, smiles still going strong.

Thank you to the teachers, parents, students and the whole community for welcoming us as part of yours. To our sponsors and partners, thank you for making the gifts possible. And to every walker who joined us: you were part of something the whole community built together.

🎒 A SPECIAL HANDOVER, THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE! 💙

Yesterday was a proud day for us. We visited the department for an official handover ceremony with Rosalie and the wonderful team at DepEd. 🤝🏝️

One of the projects we were so grateful to support this year was helping provide camping equipment for the department, and seeing it handed over made all the hard work worth it. 🥹

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, senior students now have access to camping stools, sleeping bags, mattresses, and so much more, resources they can use for their classrooms, activities and learning. 🙌

These are the things that open up new experiences and opportunities for students who might never have had access to them otherwise. That's the real impact of what we do together. 💫

✨ WOW. WHAT A MAGICAL DAY. 💙

On Friday, we had the absolute joy of visiting two schools here on Siquijor Island to hand out book bags to the kids, and honestly, no words quite capture it. 🥹🎒

The smiles. The excitement. The way their little eyes lit up. Moments like these are why we do what we do. 😍

And here's the beautiful thing: as much as we come to give, we always seem to leave having received so much more. The warmth, the joy, the gratitude from these children and their communities fills you up in a way that's hard to describe. It's a gift that goes both ways. 💫

To everyone who has gotten involved and supported this journey so far, THANK YOU. You made Friday possible, and you're making a real difference in these kids' lives. 🙏
