A huge thank you to Newcastle Pink Ribbon Ride for welcoming Veterans MC Lake Mac to today’s ride in support of breast cancer awareness and research.

It was an honour to be part of such an important cause, standing alongside the riding community and everyone who came together to support those affected by breast cancer.

Breast cancer impacts so many lives, and events like today remind us of the importance of raising awareness, supporting those currently fighting, and remembering those we have sadly lost.

Veterans MC Lake Mac extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends and mates of the Australian Army soldier who tragically lost his life during a training accident in Darwin.

There are no words that can truly ease the pain of losing a loved one, particularly in such tragic circumstances. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, the mates and all those who knew and served alongside this solider.

To the Australian Army soldiers who survived the accident and are now facing the road to recovery — we stand with you. We wish you strength, courage and a full recovery in the days, weeks and months ahead. Your mates, your families and the wider veteran community are behind you.

From one brotherhood to another, you are not alone.

VETERANS MC LAKE MAC - COMMUNITY RIDE 🇦🇺

Veterans MC Lake Mac has moved our upcoming Community Ride to Sunday 08 November 2026.

The change is because Veterans MC will be supporting the Newcastle Pink Ribbon Ride on 10 October, and we’re proud to get behind such a great cause.

Our Community Ride will now run as follows:

📅 SUNDAY 08 NOVEMBER 2026

📍 1030 – Swansea RSL – Meet up
🏍️ 1050 – Stands Up
🍻 1100 – Catho Pub, Catherine Hill Bay
🏍️ 1130 – Stands Up
📍 1230 – Kincumber Hotel

ALL RIDERS WELCOME – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – FREE

This ride is about getting people together, enjoying the road and building mateship within the wider riding community.

Whether you ride independently, socially, are a veteran, currently serving, or simply love getting out on two wheels — you’re welcome to join us.

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Angry Anderson, a Patron Member of the NSW Chapter.
Angry’s connection and support to the chapter will always be remembered and respected. His place within our brotherhood will not be forgotten.
On behalf of Lake Mac Chapter, our deepest condolences go out to Angry’s family, loved ones and our brothers of the NSW Chapter VFFV during this incredibly difficult time.

The hospitality was second to none. Massive appreciation to Big H and the entire Crew for the welcome, the respect and the brotherhood shown.
