Tieri Possums Playgroup

Playgroup is back for Term 4! 🛝

Our sessions run fortnightly on a Monday morning at the local Tieri Library.

We are a small group of Mums getting together and catching up on all things life, while our little ones get a chance to socialise and play with other kids, as well as be entertained by organised play activities and equipment!

We would love to welcome any parents in town or surrounding towns, whether you’re new or have been around for a while, to join us for the final term of the year. We are grateful to have the opportunity to run Playgroup in this community, and we hope you can come along! ☀️

‼️ Please make sure you are a Play Matters member for insurance purposes - it’s free to sign up, just jump on their website. Please also ensure that you sign in (we have a QR code or sign in sheet inside on the round table in the playgroup room). ‼️

Our next Playgroup session looks a little different!
Rather than meeting at the Library, on Monday 14 September, we are invited to join Nurse Chris, from the Tieri Family Unit Health Centre, in the park for a Mother’s Morning Tea! 🌸🪴

This will be a fantastic way to round out the term, so we look forward to seeing you there!

(Please note: As this will not be held at our usual Playgroup location, there will be no official sign in required with Playmatters Australia - just simply turn up and enjoy the morning together! 😊)

Tieri Possums Playgroup are in desperate need of volunteers! 🙏

This is a great play experience and social outing for our parents and young children, and if you want to see it continue we need your help.
Due to the lack of volunteers, Playgroup will be forced to drop back to once a fortnight, and potentially even close altogether if we can’t get extra people on board.

If you would like more info on what would be involved (which isn’t much at all!), please send a message to our page, or chat to Georgie.

Let’s keep our Playgroup running! 🛝
