Leichhardt Branch ASHS We are a group committed to bringing events to our area of Central Queensland contact us with you ideas big or small we can make it happen

The Australian Stock Horse Society was established in 1971 in Scone, New South Wales with the aim of preserving and promoting the bloodlines of the Australian Stock Horse, recognised for its versatility and superior performance amongst work and leisure breeds. Today the Society is Australia's largest equine recreational and pleasure association, with a loyal and growing membership of more than 9,500 individuals and in excess of 180,000 registered horses in the Stud Book.

Just a quick little appreciation post from the president. Thanks everybody for the weekend but a HUGE shout out to Senex for giving us the opportunity to run this clinic a bit cheaper for our participants, Troy and Brent from DNW for the short notice last minute trucking, Mark Buttsworth for his time and knowledge (it really was a Mack weekend too), Watsons stock feeds I can’t thank Sonya enough for fixing down and opening up Saturday arvo for more hay and Garth and Josie for the wicked awesome cattle.

And we can’t forget Farmers wife coffee for the coffee and more food than anyone knew what to with
