2026 SA, NT & WA Timber & Hardware Industry Awards: Meet the winners
The winners have been announced! The 2026 SA, NT & WA Timber & Hardware Industry Awards brought members and industry partners together at Adelaide’s National W**e Centre last week, to recognise outstanding achievement across the industry.

Small store. Big community spirit.

Just 12 months after opening, C&N Mitre 10 Huntlee has taken out Retail Store of the Year – Under 2500m² at the 2026 NTHA NSW & ACT Timber & Hardware Awards.

It’s a story of returning to the community, backing local customers and building a business with the next generation in mind.

Chris and Nicky have created a store where community comes first — from local events and tradie convenience to getting their twin boys involved in the family business.

Joshua Curtis started his apprenticeship without knowing where life would take him. Today, he’s NTHA Trainee/Apprentice of the Year for NSW/ACT and an AEN Awards finalist.

With the support of ITI Australia and NTHA, Joshua found his place, built confidence and discovered what he was capable of.
