Learn some basic preserving techniques to whip up some scrumptious jars of chutneys, jams, pickle and more that are good enough to give away for Xmas gifts - if you can bear to part with them! Participants will take away a jar of each preserve and get ideas for some lovely embellishments for the jars.

We'll be making Cranberry Chutney, Spicy Eggplant Pickle, Onion Jam and Dessert Figs infused with Earl Grey
