Ronald McDonald House Family Room Gosford Putting families at the heart of care Families can come in, the kids can play or watch a movie, while the adults have a coffee.

The Ronald McDonald Family Room at Gosford Hospital provides a place for families of sick children to come and take a break. We cater for families of children being treated at the hospital, including:
Children's Ward
Kids Korner in Emergency
Maternity
Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
ICU

The room has a lounge area, shower, laundry facilities, and a kitchenette for making snacks, tea and coffee.

A big thank you to the Kariong community, supporting ill and injured children through the annual ‘Selina Sparkles’ and Kariong Rural Fire Station fundraiser ❤.

Each festive season, Selina Avenue comes alive with dazzling light displays, raffles, BBQs and cake stalls, raising vital funds for local families.

It was wonderful to welcome residents and representatives from the Kariong Rural Fire Station to our Family Room to celebrate their generosity.

Thanks to their support, more than 360 families can stay together and close to the care their children need, visiting our Family Room to unwind and recharge.
