If you’re looking for a bit of fun, exercise and an opportunity to make new friends, join us at Narellan Physie Club where we’ve been providing physical culture lessons to girls and ladies in the Camden region for over 50 years! New members are always welcome, and we encourage beginners to come along for a free trial. We cater for all levels and abilities from 4 years of age - there are even ladie

s in their 80’s doing physie with us! We promote a family-friendly environment, positive sportsmanship, good discipline, increased self-confidence, and teamwork. In addition to this, it helps develop co-ordination, rhythm, balance, strength and flexibility just to name a few of its benefits. 2 FREE trial classes available for anyone new to physie Classes held in air-conditioned hall opposite NTC
Preschoolers 4:15 - 4:45pm
5-8 years 4:45 - 5:30pm
9-12 years: 5:45 - 6:45pm
13 years & over: 6:45 - 7:45pm
Ladies: 7:45 - 8:45pm

This week, we celebrate the incredible ladies who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our club running.

From events and competitions, to fundraising, organising leotards, ballets & class wear, music, photos, admin, communications and everything in between — our club committee gives so much of their time, energy and care to support our members and club community.

This photo is a glimpse of the incredible people who help make everything possible (unfortunately, Miss Shireen and Robyn are missing having done earlier shifts).

To our amazing volunteers — thank you for your dedication, hard work and constant support. Our club wouldn’t be the same without you.

The Burns Association of Physical Culture has developed the perfect syllabus, including music from Disney, Gabby’s Dollhouse and K-Pop Demon Hunters 🎶 Your tiny dancer will learn basic physie, dance, gymnastics and ballet positions 🩰🧑‍🩰

We are a non-profit organisation. A registration/insurance fee of $33 is only payable if you decide to stay after the 2 weeks trial.
