A friendly reminder that our next P&C Meeting will be held tonight (Tuesday).

📍 Location: Minimbah S.S Library

Everyone is welcome to attend – parents, careers, grandparents and community members, and children.

Come along to hear what is happening around the school, share your ideas, and help shape upcoming events and projects that support our students.

🌭💙 Thank You, Volunteers! 💙🌭

Last week, our Junior and Senior Sports Day BBQs were a huge success, and that wouldn't have been possible without the incredible volunteers who generously gave their time to help. From cooking and serving to restocking and cleaning up, every helping hand made a difference.

Your support not only helped keep our students, families, and staff well-fed throughout the day, but also helped raise valuable funds that go straight back into supporting our school community. Events like these are only possible because of people willing to step up and lend a hand.

DONT MISS OUT- FRIDAY EVENING STUDIO PHOTO SESSIONS AT SCHOOL

🤔Is it time to update your precious family photos?

🥳We have booked Bede from Laura Jean to take professional family portraits at our school on Friday 26th and Saturday, 27th June. Some of you may remember this service we had at Minimbah pre-COVID...

🏡He will be offering indoor portraits on the school grounds, with the library studio set up/weather restrictions.

🖼You’ll receive an 8x12” family photo & keyring for just $20.00. This is worth the $20 alone!

A wonderful opportunity, available once per family, these funds will go towards P&C projects 😊

Additional poses are taken on the day, available obligation-free in print + digital, at heavily reduced prices.

💙Showing Our Chappy Some Love 💙

Last night, members of the Minimbah State School P&C Executive Team had the pleasure of attending the Chappy Dinner to celebrate and support our wonderful Chappy, Julie.

Julie is an incredible part of our school community, providing care, encouragement, support, and a listening ear to students, families, and staff every day. Her kindness and dedication make a real difference, and we wanted to take the opportunity to show just how much she is appreciated.

Thank you, Julie, for everything you do for our school. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Minimbah family. 💙

Three Exciting Events Coming Up at Minimbah SS! 📅🌭

Join us over the coming weeks for:

🏃‍♀️ Junior Sports Day BBQ – 18 June
🏃‍♂️ Senior Sports Day BBQ – 19 June
🌈 Under 8's Day BBQ – 26 June

The P&C will be running the Sports Day BBQs, while our wonderful Chappy will be running the Under 8's Day BBQ.

We're still looking for volunteers across all events, so if you can spare an hour or two, we'd love your help!
