Flexible service delivery Trauma informed service deliver YLS aims to create safer space with cultural resources and practices for First Nations and non-indigenous peoples to connect to self and others to strengthen resilience and emotional capacity. YLS will support First Nations clients to engage community and services by providing opportunities to learn cultural engagement strategies. YLS aims to work from the frameworks of Uncle Bob Randall - Kanyini. The four cultural elements to well-being: Family, Land, Spirit, Lore! Using First Nations engagement strategies we aim to provide our clients with support, fun and education. Through the engagement strategies we will support clients to identify how nature, connection to land, dadirri practices and relationship building through art, fireside yarns, water ceremonies and group engagement. YLS aim to support clients and services to be connected, we will support services to provide culturally responsive practice. Cultural intent is part of our cultural accountability framework.
