Rail Trail Community Market - Important Notice for All Stallholders!

We’ve had a fantastic response to our stall fee waiver announcement!

Thank you for your messages of gratitude and thanks.

While we are thrilled to support our stall holders by waiving fees for the next three months, we need to ensure the market remains safe and organised.

Please note: No fees does NOT mean "just turn up."

To maintain a quality experience for everyone, our stall holder application/confirmation process still applies:

✅ Existing Stallholders: You will have received a confirmation email. This confirms your site and attendance.

✅ New Stallholders: You must be registered and be approved before attending. Contact information is listed on our page.

✅ Confirmation is Key: You are only cleared to attend as a stall holder once you have received an official email or text message confirming that you have been allocated a site.

We have a limited number of spaces, and we want to make sure the market remains the premier event Leongatha expects.

Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!

We can’t wait to see all our confirmed stall holders on Sunday and our customers also.
