Welcome Everyone to Hartalika Teej 2026 Fundraiser for Nepal!

The Bhutanese Australian Community Support Group Albury Wodonga Inc. (BACSGAW) warmly welcomes all community members, families and friends to join us for our Teej Women’s Festival on Saturday, 5 September 2026.

This year, our Teej celebration has an extra special purpose.

The money collected from ticket sales will be contributed towards the Nepal Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, helping families and communities in need in Nepal.

By purchasing a ticket, you are not only joining us to celebrate our culture, tradition and togetherness, but you are also contributing to an important humanitarian cause.

We warmly invite everyone to come along, celebrate Teej together and support the people of Nepal.

COMMUNITY NOTICE – CANDLELIGHT VIGIL FOR NEPAL

We warmly invite all members of our community, families and friends to come together for a Candlelight Vigil for Nepal in memory of those who have lost their lives and in solidarity with the families affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.

Belvoir Park, Wodonga

Let us come together as one community to light a candle, offer our prayers, show our support and stand united with the people of Nepal during this difficult time.

The vigil is organised by the Albury Wodonga Nepalese Association.

Together we pray. Together we heal. Together we stand.
