Great News, we've developed a partnership with Swinburne Uni to run a Carpentry Kickstart Program for indigenous young people interested in carpentry and other trades.

You will learn how to use a wide range of tools, have a chance to build your own project, and learn necessary health and safety information .

This is a short 6 day intro program, running from 10am-3pm. It starts on Monday 23rd June.

Different Abilities Karaoke - last Friday of every month

Our first Karaoke and Dance night was a heap of fun. A massive thanks to Irene and Clive for bringing the tunes and equipment and to all those who came along to sing and dance.

If you're 16 or older come down and join us this Friday 26th June from 4pm - 1 Badger Creek Rd, Healesville.

Fashion Upcycling Class get their own space

Our Fashion Upcycling class led by the wonderfully creative Irene has a new dedicated space to make and create. This allows for dedicated workstations for our sewing machines, easier storage and more communal table room. They and are busy sprucing up the space to make it their own.

Our second FREE Friday Social Lunch was a hit, this month we had 11 people attend!

This included some welcome new faces, a community mental health outreach worker and some of our current class participants.

A big thanks to Kath (with the soup) and HICCI for the delicious quiches they shared.

Everyone welcome on the last Friday of each month from 12.30pm - 2.00pm. Come on down and check out what's on or suggest something new.
