At our AGM last week we proudly announced the award winner for our Brian Clark Award.
This years winner is Rebecca Watt and we can’t wait to congratulate her in person when she returns from her holiday.

Whether you're a speedy gazelle or more of a determined turtle, Hamilton Running Club is all about getting out the door, having a laugh, and enjoying a run together.

No judgement. No pressure. Just good people, fresh air, and the occasional complaint about hills.

HRC Merch Swap – Pay It Forward!

Do you have any Hamilton Running Club merch that you no longer use, want, or need?

We'll have a merch swap/donation table set up at the AGM (Thursday, 13th August) from 5.45pm for any donated and pre-loved HRC gear. Feel free to browse the table and pick up any items that may be useful for you!

We'll also have a range of new/unworn HRC tops available to try on for sizing that you can purchase at the evening so it's the perfect opportunity to find your best fit.

Any donations for the pay it forward merch table can be dropped into Watt Bros Motorcycles and Power Equipment (69 Portland Rd, Hamilton) during business hours or to any HRC commitee member prior to the AGM.

Why not 'pay it forward' by passing any HRC merch items back to the club so we can find them a new home.

We'll have a merch swap/donation table set up at the AGM (Thursday, 13th August) from 5.45pm for any donated and pre-loved HRC gear. Feel free to browse the table and pick up any items that may be useful for you. Whether you're swapping, donating, or simply finding something that fits, everyone is welcome.

A great community fun run to raise money for a local cause, and in an iconic location to our region.

Exciting things are happening in our off season. We are beyond excited to announce the launch of our first ever Budj Bim Lava Blast. A running event for all ages and abilities. Keep an eye on our page for details and updates. 🌋🏃‍♂️

Brian Clark was a club runner and valued commitee member of the Hamilton Running Club. He was always willing to lend a hand and brought a smile to all those around him.

Brian was someone who truly embodies the HRC’s core values of fun, inclusion, and safety.

In memory of Brian, the club recognises a member each year who makes a positive and lasting contribution to our club community and encapsulates the values of our club.

Current members can find the nomination link in a recent email or via the HRC members page. This is encouraged to be submitted before 31/07/2026.

The 2026 Brian Clark Award will be presented at the HRC annual general meeting which is will be held on Thursday, 13th August 2026. Everyone is invited to attend the meeting, the presentation of this award and socialise with the club.
