Assessment and Permanency Planning Team - Family Finding Peninsula Assessment and Permanency Planning Team are a part of NSW FACS. This team covers assessments on the Central Coast from Tumbi Umbi to Mooney.

Children and Young People in Care need a family network. Actually, everyone needs a family network Family networks help us understand who we are and gives us a place to fall when things don't go right, dusts us off and helps us get back up and try again. We know the best place for children to grow up happy and healthy is with their family. If this is not possible, then we need to find people that

can either be part of a child's life or perhaps their 'forever family'. Peninsula Assessment and Permanency Team looks at connecting children with their people and assesses the suitability of "forever families" for children that cant live with their parents.
