Being on the SMC is more than just a name on a position. NSW needs new people who will work together as a team and facilitate a supportive environment. You don’t have to have been in the sport for 30 years. You just have to want to contribute with the future of our sport in mind 🙌

With the AGM coming up in early December, it’s time to start thinking about the 2026 SMC.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the State Management Committee as Committee Members.

Please read the attached carefully, if you are considering nominating to be part of the SMC. It is vital to the future and succession of our sport as a whole, that we have a sound team that will work cohesively together in the best interests of the sport and our NSW members.

Congratulations to Tara Reid on attaining 'Open Rider' status at the Neville Ride.

Tara and Chaska successfully completed their 3rd x 80km ride and we look forward to watching their journey.

Tara was also awarded the Animal Focus 'True Spirit of Endurance' Award. Well done Tara.

80km and 40km riders will now START from the gate located on the Western side of the cattle yards (and not the main front gate) eliminating the first 100m of tar in the frost.

80km start time - 630am
40km start time - 730am

⭐️IMPORTANT UODATE TO TIMES⭐️

The 80km riders will now start at 6:30am and the 40km riders will now start at 7:30am.

This is for safety reasons due to the heavy frosts we have been getting and the ride start being tar (with verge).

It will be a light start now for all ☀️

Our personal favourite place to visit is Rustic Nature at Moorilda Street, Neville and they will be open all weekend from 8am to 4pm serving up amazing coffee, light meals and home baked goodness.

Sarah and Aaron have created the most beautiful space to relax, browse and enjoy.

Rustic is a short walk from the Showground.
