Hi everyone, due to unforeseen circumstances the committee have had to make the hard decision to cancel our upcoming event, sorry for any inconvenience and look forward to hopefully holding another event in the near future😊

Entries for our next event will open Tuesday morning the 7th of April 8am for our Event to be held on the 2nd / 3rd May 2026 .. entries will close Wednesday the 22nd of April unless filled before hand ..

Saturday will now be
Team Penning 🙌

Following TP we will run a Mixed Jackpot Draw
* one run pp to be drawn into a team of 3
* cost is $10 pp - Winner takes all
* If you wish to participate please put your name down & pay on Friday night (if not arriving till Saturday morning please let us know and we can add you to the list)
Start time on Saturday will be 9 am

Wrist bands available at the club Friday night 6.30 - 7.30

Please be mindful when setting up camp that it is a golf course try and stay to the sides under trees plenty of camping between the toilet block and the golf club and please rake up horse poo
We ask that each camp make a donation of $10

Everything is on track for this weekends event & fingers crossed the weather is looking fine for us 🤞🏻we have quite a lot of membership & waivers that need to be completed & paid.
If you are planning on doing this on Friday night when collecting wrist bands please have forms complete and the correct money or complete bank transfer before Friday 🤠
