Feel like a recovery run after RUN HUSKISSON ? Join us for our Summer Brewery Run this Wednesday, November 4th.
Come along and catch up for a social run and drinks afterwards. Stay for dinner if you’re feeling peckish.
WHAT: Social run approx 6km. Opportunities to shorten or lengthen as desired.
When: 6pm November 4th. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start at 6.
WHERE: Meet outside Jervis Bay Brewery in the Woollamia Industrial Estate.

Another great morning at Iluka. Thanks to everyone who came along especially our volunteers - Marty, Jess, Will, Greg, and Annette. We love your work! Jess has set the new gold standard in timekeeping with a so obvious why hasn't anyone thought of it before system of recording who did what. Duh! Welcome to Jackson, Emma, and Zara who did their first group training session. Hope to see you all back! Oh, and if anyone can solve the mystery of the disappearing orange swim buoy, we'd be thrilled. There might even be a free coffee in it! Results as follows with the Jess who-did-what included.

October Group Training

A reminder that we need registrations by 2pm FRIDAY if you’re planning to come along to group training at Iluka on Sunday. Come along for a warm-up before the tri season kicks off. Newcomers are also welcome to come and try a tri in a safe, supportive environment.

Longer and shorter options available or mix and match.

WHAT: Triathlon group training - swim/bike/run or just do what you can.
WHEN: 8am, October 18. Please arrive BEFORE 7:45 so we can set up, have a briefing and be ready to start at 8am. Juniors to follow seniors at approximately 9:15am.
WHERE: The first car park at Iluka Beach in Booderee National Park. Please park at Greenpatch or the far carpark so we have room for marshals’ vehicles and set-up gear.

A great morning of racing for Lucinda Freeman in the Billigence Series held at Shellharbour.

Lucinda lost the timing chip in the swim had to dive down and pick it up. Then fell off again in transition. She got a new band for race 2 which stuck better. NSW Triathlon | Official Illawarra Triathlon Club

Brewery runs for 2026/27 start on 7 October, meet at Jervis Bay Brewery for a 6pm start. Run/run-walk/walk your choice, approx 5k, option to shorten. Social get together after. Looking forward to you.

Due to lack of registrations by cut off the September group training session at Iluka has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing you for the first brewery run of the season and at Iluka in October. Hope your training is going well.
