Fiji is the country of study this year it’s a beautiful place and the people are so friendly.
Picked up this recipe for you to try…Pacific Chutney
2 cups grated coconut, 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger, 1 chopped red chilli (option leave whole to take out later). Mix all in bowl transfer to sealed container and refrigerate for two hours. Keeps max 7 days.
Enjoy.

Brunswick Heads bowling team - a great day out yesterday, although only a small group of 7 we didn't let ourselves down and there were some surprises from those who had never played before. Well done everyone and what a lovely lunch we had at Club Tweed.
