Collaborating with social service agencies and community groups to help those most in need. Thank you!

Local community charity group; 100% volunteer run providing free food relief for people in need - fresh fruit & veggie hampers, cooked meals and pantry staples. We're always grateful for donations of time (volunteering), money or food - please get in touch via email or messenger. If you want to visit us, we are usually at the Co-op between 7:30-9am Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and between 4-5:00pm on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.

Katt and Aiden from food importers, GC Brands, delivered many boxes of goodies to share with our community - from mustard to jam and everything in between. Wonderful ingredients for our cooks and pantry staples for those needing a helping hand.

Delicious meals from St Luke’s Grammar School!

Every week, the students in the cooking club prepare around 30 meals for One Meal, making a meaningful difference for people doing it tough in our community.

We are so grateful to the community groups, workplaces and schools who hold food drives and the businesses who donate food.

Every donation helps us keep supporting those doing it tough. We couldn’t do this without you.

We’ve been missing Dave and his home-cooked meals ❤️

He hasn’t been well, but now he’s back - delivering 50 hearty chilli con carne meals, with Rory helping bring them into the cool room.

These meals will be much appreciated by people needing our help.

Do you have any spare insulated bags?

We’ve run out again.

We use them to deliver hot meals to people across the Northern Beaches, helping ensure they arrive hot and ready to enjoy. If you have any to spare, we’d love to put them to good use.

You can drop them in to 12 Powells Rd Brookvale.
Our opening hours are
Monday & Weds 7am – 4.30pm
Tuesday & Thurs 7am – 3.00pm
Friday 11.00am – 2.00pm
People may be in and out other times.

Many people are in crisis accommodation without cooking facilities, are ill or frail, so we deliver them meals that are ready to eat.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Lions Club of Frenchs Forest for running a food drive today and collecting an amazing 8 trolleys of pantry items! 🙏💙
Your generosity will help One Meal prepare nutritious meals for people in need, as well as pantry boxes that will be delivered to families and individuals who are doing it tough in our community.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Lions Club as well as everyone in the Forestville community who donated. Your ongoing support makes a difference. 🥫

The wonderful Frenchs Forest Lions volunteers are collecting non perishable food items for One Meal from 9 am - 3pm.
