The ladies at Balaklava branch have been busy making 44 small fabric bags for the Royal Adelaide Show for the SACWA Country Cafe to use. South Australian Country Women's Assoc. (SACWA).

A lot of our lovely sheep on display there. Well done everyone especially Linda Bickle who creates about 15 of them.

The sheep are loose - over 100 were last seen at the SACWA Auburn Branch this morning. When Colleen Hargans SACWA Warnes Group Secretary and Helen Smith SACWA Auburn Branch turned their back they all escaped. Watch out across the Clare Valley as they may pop up in local shop windows to help promote this years Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb!!

There will be further information about the competition being supported by the Plains Producer in the next couple of weeks with some great prizes to be won.

Big thank you to all the creators from far and wide for their contribution - and they will all be gathered up after the festival for the SACWA Baby Parcels and Emergency Aid.

🍅 Tasty Tuesday – Ripe Tomato Relish
There’s something wonderfully satisfying about turning ripe summer tomatoes into jars of homemade relish. Rich, tangy and gently spiced, this traditional recipe from Miss M. Mahon of Spalding is delicious served with cold meats, cheese, sandwiches or a classic country meal.

A lovely way to preserve the season and enjoy its flavour throughout the year. ❤️

As Wellbeing Month draws to a close, we're reminded that wellbeing means different things to different people.
It might be sharing a meal.
Learning something new.
Helping a neighbour.
Taking time for a chat.
Enjoying a laugh with friends.
Finding purpose through volunteering.
Across South Australia, members of The South Australian Country Women's Association Inc. create opportunities for connection, learning, care and community every day.
The simple things often make the biggest difference.
Thank you to all who have shared in our Wellbeing Month journey this June.
Sharing And Caring With Action.
