A huge thank you to Yazi Heng for generously donating months of her time and expertise while balancing a busy study schedule.

Yazi has played a significant role in helping us improve our Instagram content and visual style, helping us better share the stories and impact of our work.

As a small token of our appreciation, we presented Yazi with a beautiful handmade bag sewn by the students she has helped us support. It was a meaningful way to connect her contribution directly to the young people whose lives she has touched.

Thank you, Yazi, for your generosity, creativity, and commitment. We are incredibly grateful for your support.

The difference we make is not just measured in outcomes, it is found in lives changed, confidence restored, and futures reimagined. Each step forward is a reminder that meaningful change begins with a choice: to care, to act, and to believe in what is possible.

Tourism continues to be one of Tanzania’s most crucial economic sectors and there is increasing demand for skilled cooks, bakers, hospitality workers, and food service professionals.

Vocational culinary training provides young people with practical, employment-focused skills that help prepare them for careers in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, catering businesses, and entrepreneurship opportunities across Tanzania.

Access to education shouldn’t be interrupted by something as natural as a period.

We’re proud to support students with reusable menstrual underwear helping them learn with confidence, and move through their days without fear or stigma.

This isn’t just about hygiene products. It’s about dignity, opportunity, and breaking barriers that have held too many girls back for too long.

This week, something simple brought so much happiness to the home the children share in Karatu, a brand new trampoline that has already become a space for play, freedom, and pure childhood joy.

For the Maasai children we support, this home is more than just a place to stay while they attend school it’s a place to grow, to feel safe, and to just be kids. Seeing them jump, laugh, and cheer each other on reminds us why this work matters so much.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us you are helping create not only opportunities, but beautiful memories too.

Through compassion, advocacy, and local partnerships, Nina Imani provides education for vulnerable women in Tanzania. We strive to promote opportunity and foster an international community of likeminded supporters.

As we embrace this year’s theme, we recognise that real change happens when communities come together to support equality, safety, and empowerment for all women.

We are deeply grateful to our supporters, partners, and community whose generosity makes this work possible. Your support helps create meaningful change and ensures more women and girls can access the care, resources, and opportunities they deserve.

Together, we continue working toward a future where the scales are truly balanced and today share messages from the women who support our mission and lift us up.
