🇪🇺🧠 On the occasion of , the event "Advancing Brain Cancer Research: From Policy Actions to Scientific Breakthroughs", organized by Sophie Wilmès, brought together members of the neuro-oncology community, policymakers, physician-scientists, and patient advocates at the European Parliament to raise awareness of brain cancer and discuss future priorities.

We were delighted to see members of the community come together for these important discussions, highlighting recent advances in diagnostics and therapies, addressing the many challenges that remain, and exploring how European legislation can help improve care and outcomes for patients with brain tumors. representatives were pleased to contribute to this collective effort and exchange.

The event was supported by Ursula von der Leyen, underlining the growing recognition of brain cancer as a major healthcare challenge that requires continued scientific innovation, collaboration, and policy action.
