Being conscious is being present, alert and awake to the possibilities that are unfolded in the present moment. This is a life journey that we took on ourselves and practise in our daily life as individuals, as partners, as parents and as teachers. We choose to devote our life and work to bringing more awareness to our life and to others. Each of our offers, classes, workshops and courses touches this topic from a different angle. Our aim

Is to bring together a community of people who wishes to see a change in their life, who wishes to develop their body and mind awareness and to support their path towards conscious living. Our tools: Yoga - Breath - Dance

We believe that being conscious starts from our bodies, the way we breathe and the way we think and move in the world. We use yoga, meditation and breath as our daily practice and conscious dance as a tool for unlocking our full potential. Sometimes we are stumbling over a familiar stone and trying to come back to consciousness as quickly as possible. It’s a long joyful life journey. All our offers are online or in-person

I have this beautiful image of people from different parts of the country walking to a central place, with all their goodies ready to share and exchange the fruits of their labour with others. In a way, this is what we are doing in these monthly gatherings. We meet, dive within through our dance practice, and share our goodness, our inner harvest, with others.

This Sunday is our 9th Monthly Gathering this year, and it is becoming more and more profound and closer to my intention: an open group that meets regularly, once a month, to hold each other and support the process of transformation, our natural process of existence.

This Sunday we'll open October together, and we continue with the theme of harvest. We recognise what has grown within us and what of it we want to share with others. Our dance is an act of generosity. It is a code of togetherness and connectedness, with others and with ourselves. It is the fire that keeps us going and the light that shows our way. As we move towards the darker and longer nights, October invites us to turn towards our inner light, our inner fire, and to ask it for clear guidance on our way through the dark times.

When we dance, we give ourselves over to our invisible dancer, our inner choreographer, and let it show us the way. And from there, we'll explore what happens when we step into the director's role in our own lives.
