We had a fantastic evening with an international audience at das Spektakel yesterday. Our Tamistad guests were Lidija Dimkovska hosted by Melisa Slipac and KYO:DUO featuring Saw Thet Tun Oo & Clemens Rofner. Thank you for coming and hope to see you again!

Last Saturday we had an inspiring evening: Tamistad reading sessions with Adisa Bašić, hosted by Melisa Slipac. Before that, we opened the exhibition accompanying Adisa's novel The Book of Almir – photographs by Imrana Kapetanović (Almir’s belongings) and Mitar Simikić (Bijeljina, 2024).

We thank everyone who joined us for this deeply moving evening.

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting renowned Bosnian poet and writer Faruk Šehić at Pygmalion Theater in Vienna. He spoke with .dıtiramb’s Mascha Dabić about his life and work, and read some of his poetry and prose.

The evening was complemented by Elvedin Klačar’s installation Die Zeit des Schweigens (The Time of Silence) which examines the pressures of political control and global injustice, urging us to question whether we are willing to speak out despite the consequences.

Last night we had the pleasure of hosting Croatian poet and author Nada Topić at Photo Cluster. We talked about her unique collection of poems titled Father, the life, death and resurrection of a book shop, self-publishing, peaceful coexistence of different registers of language in her poetics, and wish-granting goldfish bereft of purpose.
