The International Community of Angola is open to all those interested in life in Luanda and a chance to meet new friends. TICA is:
- a non-profit social and cultural awareness organisation
- is an international organisation composed of a diverse group of people, brought together by common goals
- organised exclusively for social and charitable purposes

TICA strives to:
- foster a feeling of fello

wship among its members
- conduct activities of interest for Internationals residing in Angola
- enhance awareness of Angolan culture
- promote interests and participation in social issues of Angola and provide assistance where possible
- establish and develop relationships with similar organisations both National and International

TICA FORUM:
- is open to ALL those interested in life in Luanda and a chance to meet new friends
- organises once a month public forums, inviting guest speakers and/or groups to promote discussions, exchange ideas, and promote cultural understanding
