Good morning everyone 💙🩵

One of the ladies that I help has been admitted to Mpilo hospital in Bulawayo.. they are doing all sorts of tests but she is in alot of pain and cant eat. There seems to be some blockage or growth in her throat... shes been vomiting blood 😐😪

If anyone can help settle this bill please do then she will hopefully be put on social welfare and they will help from there 🙏 only if we settle this bill ASAP 😪
