Nzeve Deaf Centre extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, colleagues, friends and the entire Bantwana Zimbabwe family on the passing of Mr Mbonisi Tshuma, Executive Director of Bantwana Zimbabwe.

From 2009 to 2017, Mbonisi contributed to Nzeve’s work through the Vana Bantwana Project as Youth and Livelihoods Manager. His work supported Deaf youth, education for Deaf children, HIV and AIDS prevention, livelihoods and youth readiness initiatives.

We remember his commitment to empowering young people and strengthening communities.

May his legacy of service live on through the lives he touched.

At Nzeve, we believe humanitarian action is about seeing people beyond their circumstances and ensuring that everyone, including persons with disabilities, is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.

Nzeve Deaf Centre extends its heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones affected by the tragic ferry accident on Lake Kariba.

We stand with all those who are mourning this devastating loss and we keep the bereaved, survivors and affected communities in our thoughts and prayers.

May God grant comfort and strength to the grieving families during this difficult time and may He grant eternal rest to those who lost their lives.

Batanai Deaf Club joined Chipinge Town Council for the National Clean-Up Campaign held on the first Friday of the month.

The clean-up brought the Deaf community together to take part, raise awareness on deafness and promote inclusion in Chipinge. 💙🤝🏽

Seeing him attain his Diploma in Mass Communication fills my heart with immense joy and pride. This achievement is not his alone; it is also a reflection of the love, dedication, guidance and opportunities that Deaf Zimbabwe Trust has given him throughout his journey.
