At COTRAD, we believe real change is youth-led. We partner with young people to design programs, defend youth rights, mobilize movements, build skills, amplify awareness, and steward knowledge.

Our mission is to grow an institution that demystifies power, strengthens constitutional literacy, and secures a platform for voices long ignored young people, young women, and youth with disabilities.
Through our work, we’re creating a space where every young person can take the lead, exert influence, and shape the world they live in today and tomorrow.

Have you heard about our Information Centers?

Since 2020, our Mutirikwi Information Center has been getting affordable, reliable info into the hands of rural youth in Masvingo District — cutting through network gaps and cost barriers that usually block access.

But here’s the gap: rural women still face limited internet access, and that directly weakens their ability to organize in civic and electoral spaces. Access to information isn’t a “nice to have.” It’s the foundation for participation, accountability, and real development.
