Our Vision- Zimefu envision a world in which every child in Africa is supported, educated, trained, dignified and finally groomed to eradicate poverty.

Zimbabwe Education Fund Trust is a Youth initiative led organization which seeks to assist orphans and vulnerable children in marginalized rural areas of Zimbabwe.The organization also assist women and girls through sanitary wear.

This week, we took the Child Marriage Free World Campaigns to Vulindlela Secondary, Makhovula Primary and Mlamuli Secondary Schools. We appreciate the Government of Zimbabwe and Child Marriage Free World (CMFW) for championing a Free Child Marriage Communities. We say NO TO CHILD MARRIAGES!! Child marriages threatens development in our communities. Let's join hands and fight against Child Marriages.

Zimbabwe Education Fund Trust in collaboration with Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education distributed spectacles, wheelchairs and food hampers to pupils living with disabilities in Lupane District. As an organization, we really appreciate the Government's efforts for promoting inclusive education and leaving no place and no one behind.

This week, we assessed 25 Pupils living with disabilities (VI & H1) in Lupane District in collaboration with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Council of the blind, Ministry of Health & Child Care(Rehab Department) and Department of Social Development. The pupils are intending to receive donation of Wheelchairs, Spectacles, Food Hampers and Stationery from Zimbabwe Education Fund Trust in partnership with Power 4 Good Private Limited.

ZIMEFU Trust in partnership with Child Marriage Free World calls upon all communities,Local Leaderships, Church Leaders, School Leaders and other Stakeholders to join in hands and participate in the 100 DAYS OF ACTION as we strive to end Child Marriages in Lupane District and Zimbabwe at large. ZIMEFU Trust joined Tongaat Hullets and Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in commemorating international day of the girl child in Triangle, Chiredzi District. More than 1000 girls received packs of reusable sanitary pads and toiletries. Well done Tongaat Hulletts for remembering a girl child in Chiredzi.

ZIMEFU Trust in partnership with Zimbabwe Red Cross Society trained 300 women and girls in making reusable sanitary pads in Binga District covering Saba, Chemba and Mupambe. After the training, each participant got material for making 5 more reusable pads at home. Well done Zimbabwe Red Cross Society for making a such great impact in Binga.

This week we were doing Mash West Province.We are pleased that today the team completed the trainings in Mash West. More than 500 women were trained in making reusable sanitary pads. As an organization we are very much humbled by this partnership with the Government, particularly the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development. Leaving no women and no place behind. Let's come together and fight against period poverty in all communities.

As the national program continues in partnership with Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, yesterday we completed our trainings in Matebeleland South, covering Bulilima, Mangwe, Mzingwane, Insiza, Gwanda and Beighbridge. More than 500 women were trained in making reusable sanitary pads. This is a huge initiative which will transform women across the country, particularly in rural communities. Let's work together and ends period poverty. No one and no place should be left behind. Well done Minister Senator Monica Mutsvanga, MWACSMED & ZIMEFU Team for making a great impact in the communities.
