Candoa Careers Candoa Employability Skills Academy promotes Youth Centered Employability and Entrepreneurship. Candoa is a capacity development institute.

Our Vision is to populate workplaces and the business arena with world-class solution providers. Our mandate is to inspire and empower people to live healthy, productive purpose driven lives through participatory knowledge transfer and exchange. Our main target group is the youth aged between 20-35 years. We currently have 4 main projects operational.
