What a productive day of empowerment! Yesterday ,we reached 247 girls at St. Peter Claver Primary.

We focused on essential health education, covering general hygiene with the younger grades and Menstrual Hygiene Management with the older girls.

We are also thrilled to welcome 140 new girls who joined our movement ! Growing stronger every day.

Healing begins where honesty meets a safe and supportive space. 🤍✨

This past Saturday at the Salvation Army Greater Harare Divisional Youth Councils, we had the privilege of leading a session on how to deal with childhood trauma.

We reached over 700 youths, facilitating vital conversations on overcoming rejection and finding the path to restoration. 🌍💬
Advocacy is about creating room for these important discussions. We are proud to provide the tools and support needed for our peers to navigate their journeys toward strength, resilience, and emotional well-being.

This week 13 young women from Zimbabwe have onboarded the YOMA Platform. By the end of the year an estimated 100 young women will have onboarded the platform from Zimbabwe

On 21–22 April, we joined the facilitators from across the provinces of Zimbabwe who gathered at the Girls Guide Headquarters Office for the Surf Smart 2.0 Facilitators Training Course! 🌍💻

We leveled up our digital skills, shared ideas, and committed to creating safer online spaces for girls and young people.
Now it’s time to take action in our communities! 💙

🌍✨ As part of our follow-up, we visited Martindale Primary School to implement the *Welcome to My World* initiative — an interactive experience that gives young girls a glimpse into the life-changing journey of Girl Guiding.

Through storytelling and sharing experiences , the girls were introduced to the values of leadership, service, and sisterhood that Guiding nurtures. *Welcome to My World* allows us to share our personal journeys, showing how Girl Guiding empowers girls to grow in confidence, develop practical life skills, and become change-makers in their communities.

It was a heartwarming and impactful day, planting seeds of inspiration and belonging in the hearts of the next generation of Guides. 💜🌱
