Enactus University Of Zimbabwe

Enactus University Of Zimbabwe We believe investing in students who take entrepreneurial action for others creates a better world for us all For Enactus, it means more lives impacted.

Enactus is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring students to improve the world through entrepreneurial action. We provide a platform for teams of outstanding university students to create community development projects that put people’s own ingenuity and talents at the center of improving their livelihoods. Guided by educators and supported by business leaders, our students take the kind of entrepreneurial approach that empowers people to be a part of their own success. Our work transforms both the lives of the people we serve, and in turn, the lives of our students as they develop into more effective, values-driven leaders. Like in business, we believe that competition encourages creativity and rewards results. An annual series of regional and national competitions provides a forum for teams to showcase the impact of their outreach efforts and to be evaluated by executives serving as judges. National champion teams advance to the prestigious Enactus World Cup to experience excellence in competition, collaboration and celebration.

🏆 WE BROUGHT IT HOME! 1ST PLACE AT THE SCHNEIDER COMPETITIONS! 🥇

What a phenomenal ! After an intense 3-day bootcamp of networking, pitching, and refining our vision, Enactus UZ’s very own Project LithiumX was officially crowned the 1st Place Winner! 🚀

Beyond the incredible win, this bootcamp served as a highly constructive learning experience, giving us vital insights to strengthen and scale our other Enactus projects.

A massive thank you to the Schneider Electric Foundation, Ruwa Innovation Hub, and everyone who continues to support the Enactus UZ vision. The ideas are growing, our team is getting stronger, and the journey to Nationals continues!

*”On 16 July 2026, ENACTUS University of Zimbabwe joined the Zimbabwe Students Climate Innovation Summit at the UZ Diamond Conference Centre.* 🌱

We gathered with students, academics, Captains of Industry, government, and innovators to exchange ideas on climate action, sustainability, and the power of youth-led solutions.
Our delegation from the UZ ENACTUS proudly exhibited our projects, connected with stakeholders, and learned from powerful conversations on climate resilience and entrepreneurship.
Thank you to *ZSIS 2026* for the platform.

🚀 Next Stop: Anzisha 2026 Cohort ! Big Congratulations to Anele Marvellous Khumalo 🏆

The Enactus University of Zimbabwe family is immensely proud to celebrate a phenomenal milestone achieved by one of our standout leaders, Anele Marvellous Khumalo, who has officially been selected as a Top 40 Finalist for the Anzisha Venture Building Fellowship 2026! 🇿🇼✨

Anele has always been one of the most hardworking and talented members of our team, as our IT Manager last year, he became a driving force behind the Enactus UZ team that travelled to Bangkok, Thailand. His dedication kept our project grounded and focused, ultimately helping us bring home the Global 1st Prize in the Early Stage Category at the Enactus World Cup—a massive win that brought immense pride to Enactus Zimbabwe. 🏆💻

Watching him transition from a global champion to joining Africa’s premier youth entrepreneurship fellowship is a natural reflection of his drive, vision, and hustle. Anele, your entire Enactus family is backing you all the way as you step into this next chapter of building great things, and we can’t wait to see how you continue to innovate, shake things up, and make a real impact across the continent. 🌟
Congratulations, Leader! Keep flying the flag high. 🌟
