Terms of Payment Payment will be necessary within 7 days at the start of each month to confirm the participants place. This will be strictly enforced as we want to pay a significant proportion of our costs in advance. Participants will be charged to validate and confirm their weekly time slot. If not paid up, the Academy will replace the student until another slot becomes available. If the cricketer is unable to attend their lesson then a makeup lesson will be arranged but cancellation of coaching arrangement must be given by the parent in writing within 24 hours. Priority for bookings and games goes to students with monthly pre-booked sessions at discounted rates, as above. (Except part of Dec/Jan, notified each year) We DO NOT close on Public Holidays.
