The Region 2 Omega Mass Induction was held on 1 November 2025 at The Fire Pit Restaurant. The event brought together Omega Leos from across the region for an evening of celebration, learning, and inspiration. It officially welcomed new Omega members while strengthening unity and purpose within the Region 2 Leo community.

*Event Highlights*

The program combined educational and motivational elements that spoke to both leadership and personal development.
- Leo Lindani delivered an insightful presentation on Data Privacy and Security, highlighting the importance of online safety and ethical digital behavior.
- Lion Tinashe shared an empowering message on “The Power of Youth to Control the Narrative,” encouraging Leos to take charge of their stories and impact.
- The President of Jairos Jiri PCC Lion Dr Alva Senderayi Lion gave a moving address centered on purpose, empathy, and service to humanity.

*Outcomes*

The event successfully inducted new Omega Leos, deepened understanding of digital responsibility, and strengthened the sense of connection within the region. Attendees left inspired to lead, serve, and continue shaping the Leo legacy in District 412A.

*Conclusion*

The Region 2 Omega Mass Induction was a meaningful success celebrating new beginnings, promoting empowerment, and reinforcing the values of leadership and service that define the Leo movement.

Working towards hunger relief, Leos and lions are committed to serving others.

🍲 *SOUP KITCHEN MEGA TWINNING PROJECT REPORT*

Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Venue: Kabonira Farm, Mt Pleasant Heights

*Overview:*
The Soup Kitchen Mega Twinning Project was carried out in collaboration with Kuchengetana Trust and brought together multiple Leo and Lions clubs. The aim was to provide a warm meal, groceries, and clothing to children in the community while fostering fellowship among clubs.

*Partnering Clubs:*
• Mt Pleasant Omegas
• Harare The Phoenix Omegas
• Gunhill Omegas
• Gunhill Lions
• Roosevelt Alphas
• Regina Mundi Alphas
• Langham Alphas
• Flame Lily Omegas

*Activities:*
• Served a hot meal to over 50 children 🥣
• Donated groceries and clothing items 👕
• Conducted a reading program to promote literacy and education 📚
• Strengthened collaboration between multiple Leo and Lions clubs 🤝

*Outcome:*
Over 50 children benefited from meals, clothing, and groceries, while the reading program encouraged a culture of learning. The project fostered joy, inclusion, and strong collaboration between clubs, truly living out the Leo motto: Leadership, Experience, Opportunity.
