Zimbabwe National Youth Intellectuals Association(ZINAYIA) is a nationally registered association composed of disciplined, hardworking young men and women who are products of various Tertiary Learning Institutions and Technical Colleges of Zimbabwe and the business community. The association functionaries are at national, provincial and district levels. Main thrust of the association is to empower

the youths and create a lifelong employment opportunities for the youths in particular and all Zimbabwe citizens in general. It is also our endeavour to contribute to real development of our communities and the nation through engaging in various projects, involvement of local business and the engagement of various stakeholders, well wishers, friends of the association and organisations that share the same vision with ZINAYIA and are geared to promote youth empowerment.
