MEMORANDUM

To: Community Members and Stakeholders

From: VAMDET – Munyikwa Development Trust

Subject: Urgent Appeal for Medical Assistance – Mr. Luwis Maweni

VAMDET (Munyikwa Development Trust) is making an urgent humanitarian appeal to community members, partners, and well-wishers to support Mr. Luwis Maweni, a 47-year-old resident of Munyikwa Village in Gutu.
Mr. Maweni has been bedridden for the past two weeks after suffering from severe epileptic seizures. Following medical consultation, doctors have recommended that he undergo an urgent brain scan, which is estimated to cost US$1,000. Unfortunately, the family is currently unable to raise the required amount for the medical examination and treatment.

In response to this situation, VAMDET has partnered with Mr. Maweni’s family to mobilise financial support through community crowdfunding in order to help cover the costs of the brain scan and related medical expenses.
We therefore appeal to individuals, organisations, and well-wishers to kindly assist with any financial contribution they can provide. Your support will play a critical role in helping Mr. Maweni receive the urgent medical attention he requires and improve his chances of recovery.
