AUYC Zimbabwe is calling upon all youths regardless of socio-economic backgrounds, gender, race, class political affiliation etc to come together and build the Africa we want.

The African Union Southern Africa Regional Office (AU-SARO) Has set up African Union Youth Clubs in the Southern Africa institutions including Universities and secondary school's. To popularize and ensure t

he ownership of Africa Youth Charter (AYC) by African Youth, Youth organizations and all public and non public stakeholders. The African Union Youth Club's aim to strengthen, reenforce and consolidated efforts to empower young people through meaningful youth participation and equal partnerships in driving Africa's development agenda. The Club will advocate for incorporation of the Charter within the working the working programme and policies of the ministry of Youth, youth development stakeholders in Southern Africa and development partners. To advocate for the implementation of the Charter. Our Goal as African Union Youth Club is to form a common platform to promote the Charter with a focus on Policies that look into youth participation in the society, economics, and politics. Youth roles in development to prepare the future for Africa's youth. To provide a platform for discussions on various development policies, to contribute to the youths participation in rolling out of the activities that aim at achieving Africa's aspirations as stipulated in the Agenda 2063. Building Tomorrow Today, the future is Now...

Drug and substance abuse is a growing threat to Zimbabwe's health, security, economy, and social stability.

The country has seen a rise in illicit substance use among adolescents and youth.

Factors contributing to substance abuse include influence, stress, deviant behavior traits, and experimentation.

2) Crime Statistics

Violence, crime, and drugs affect Zimbabwe's economy, costing billions, with youth disproportionately affected.

Youth are more likely to engage in high-risk behaviors due to social norms and structural barriers.
