At EFT today, we proudly celebrate menstrual health, dignity, education, and empowerment for all girls and women around the world. 🌍💜
Menstruation is natural — and no one should ever face shame, stigma, or discrimination because of it. Every girl deserves access to safe menstrual products, accurate information, and supportive environments so they can live with confidence and dignity.
Today, we raise our voices to:
✨ Break the silence and end stigma
✨ Promote menstrual health education
✨ Advocate for access to sanitary products

End Sexual Harassment of Women – Act Now

Sexual harassment of women is not just a personal issue — it is a workplace, community, and human rights issue that demands urgent action.
💬 Silence protects perpetrators. Action protects women.
Today, we are calling on everyone — individuals, organizations, and communities — to take responsibility.

🔹 For Individuals
✔ Speak up when you witness harassment
✔ Support and believe survivors without judgment
✔ Challenge inappropriate behavior and harmful language
✔ Educate yourself and others about workplace rights

🔹 For Employers & Leaders
✔ Develop and enforce clear anti-sexual harassment policies
✔ Create safe and confidential reporting systems
✔ Take every report seriously and act promptly
✔ Protect survivors from victimization or retaliation
✔ Provide regular training and awareness programs
