• Heart of a woman is a brainchild of a group of passionate Zimbabwean citizens, who seek to ensure that the needs of defined marginalised groups in societies are addressed in an enabling environment which promotes gender equality.
• Founded in early 2014, Heart of a woman’s values were upheld by the trustees, who on a voluntary basis engaged Zimbabwean rural societies since its inception.

rganisation is working with local religious ministries, corporates, homes/orphanages and prisons departments to address the plight of prisoners and children incarcerated with their mothers among other things. Heartfelt gratitude to Royal Priesthood Embassy Church for the generous donation of children's clothing. Thank you for remembering the innocent angels living in prisons. Our partnership is built on a firm foundation — faith, service, and shared purpose. Like a tree with deep roots, this collaboration is not just visible in what we do today, but in the lives we are anchoring for tomorrow. Together, we are not just reaching communities… we are restoring them, one heart, one home, one hope at a time. 🙏 &RPE

As winter approaches, we’re reminded that not everyone faces the cold with comfort. In female prisons, mothers and young children endure long, bitter nights with limited access to warm clothing and blankets. We are appealing for donations to provide winter essentials — blankets, jerseys, socks, baby clothes, tennis shoes, socks and hygiene items — for women and children who have little means. Your contribution does more than fight the cold, it restores dignity. It tells a mother that she and her child are not forgotten. Please consider donating or sharing this appeal. Together, we can make sure this winter is measured in warmth, not suffering. Kindly get in touch with us on 077 231 0376 and be a part of this worthy initiative.

International Women's Day is a powerful reminder of the ongoing struggle for women's rights and justice. This year's theme, "Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls," is a call to action for everyone to recognize the importance of empowering women and girls globally.

As an inmate, I may be physically confined, but my voice and spirit remain unbroken. I'm part of a community that understands the value of resilience and determination. Women and girls worldwide face incredible challenges, from inequality to violence, and it's time for collective action.

The Heart of a Woman trust stands in solidarity with women and girls, advocating for their rights and empowerment. We're committed to creating opportunities for education, economic independence, and personal growth.

On this International Women's Day, let's honor the strength and courage of women everywhere. Let's amplify their voices, support their causes, and work towards a future where every woman and girl can thrive.

Heart of a Woman Trust team took the festive mood to Chikurubi Female Prison to spread Christmas cheer to the little ones living behind bars. 🎄We brought smiles, hugs, and goodies to these amazing children who deserve all the love and support.
Seeing their bright eyes and hearing their innocent laughter reminded us of the power of kindness. We're grateful to everyone who donated and supported this cause. 💕
However, it does not end in the festive season. The children need more from us. Let us make it a culture of spreading "all seasons unconditional love". Join us in making a difference in the lives of these children. Donate, share, and spread the word! 📢
Let's keep spreading love and kindness this festive season! 🎁

Kindly get in touch with us on 077 231 0376 to join this initiative.
