SistaAct Zimbabwe

SistaAct Zimbabwe A youth-led community organization that came about in the fight for women's SRHR, youth empowerment, HIV/AIDS and Gender.

In most African countries, women and children are the most vulnerable group in societies so addressing issues that affect them the most became our main priority. Issues like HIV/AIDS, gender, employment and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights emerged to be the strongest and thus came the need to address these. We then came together as a group of concerned young women and men from different low income urban areas of Zimbabwe and formed SistaAct to encourage women to stand up for their rights.
