Empowering Inclusion Through Action

Yesterday marked another important step towards creating inclusive workplaces as Nando's and its partners provided assistive devices to employees with albinism.
This meaningful initiative demonstrates a commitment to promoting accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for persons with albinism in the workplace. By providing essential assistive devices, employees are better supported to perform their duties with confidence, dignity, and independence.

ALCOZ applauds Nando's and its partners for investing in practical solutions that improve the wellbeing and productivity of employees with albinism. Partnerships such as these help build workplaces where everyone is valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Together, we continue to champion inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities for all.
