Help Protect Our XP Patients This Summer ☀️

With Zimbabwe’s hot season fast approaching, we are reaching out with a humble request.

Most of the XP patients we support come from very poor backgrounds. For them,l the sun is not just uncomfortable it is dangerous. To stay safe they need daily protection.

We are kindly asking for donations of:
- Sunscreen lotion with SPF 50 and above(SPF50+)
- Hats with visors
- Gloves

Second-hand hats and gloves in good condition are also most welcome.

One bottle of sunscreen goes a long way in protecting one patient.

Xeroderma Pigmentosum is it a genetic condition that makes one very allergic to the sun. Once an XP patient is exposed into the sun their DNA gets damaged

TO OUR RESPECTED PROPHETS AND HEALERS:
Please do not tell XP parents to avoid hospitals.
Do not tell them their child only needs cleansing or serious fasting instead of medical care.

Parents of XP children are desperate. They will do anything to save their child.

We are NOT against prayer, faith, or traditional help.
Pray for the child. Fast with the family. Cleanse them if that is your belief. Do all of that.

Medical care + faith = protection.

Faith alone cannot stop the sun from burning XP skin.

Let’s work together, let’s save these children with truth,faith and medicine.

No child should die because we stayed silent.

Mukudzei lives with his paternal Grandmother and his Father. As i always say most of these XP kids come from very poor backgrounds. Most can not afford medical treatment and medication for these children late alone food and clothing.
