HR & ADMINISTRATION GRADUATE TRAINEE
Mavambo Orphan Care (MOC) is a non-profit organisation established in 2001 to safeguard and protect children and vulnerable households from abuse, exploitation, and violence. MOC works with OVC, adolescents, youth, and their caregivers by providing health, child protection, education, psychological support, legal services, parenting support, economic strengthening, and nutrition services.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to undertake an intensive structured graduate traineeship in the above position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the Administration and Procurement Officer in: -
The HR & Administration trainee will work collaboratively as a member of the Admin and HR team, assisting in human resource management, office maintenance, and administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the organization's services.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• A recent graduate with upper second-class degree (2.1) or better in Human Resource
Management/Psychology or related field.
• At least class 4 driver’s license.
