My name is Sharai G Tamirepi, the founder of the Umusa Community Development Project, a grassroots initiative rooted in compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to uplift the lives of vulnerable individuals within our community.
I am writing to humbly appeal for your support as we embark on a life-changing mission — to build a safe, permanent home for the disadvantaged and displaced members of our community.
For years, Umusa has been a beacon of hope for many: orphans, women escaping abuse, elderly persons living in poverty, and families facing homelessness. We offer support through food aid, life skills, and emotional healing. However, we have reached a stage where the need for a stable and dignified shelter is urgent.
Our dream is to establish a community home — a safe haven where individuals can heal, rebuild, and find new purpose. But to bring this dream to life, we need partners like you.
