The youth have a stake in the development of their communities and should actively engage in the decision-making processes that affect them. One of the avenues for such engagement is the Local Government Budget Consultations, which are scheduled to take place soon. Therefore, the youth are encouraged to:

1. Contact their Local Authority and inquire about the dates and venues of the consultations.
2. Share the information with their peers and networks through various platforms and channels.
3. Attend the consultations and voice their opinions and suggestions on how the local budget should be allocated and utilized.
