As a seasoned banking executive with over 26 years of credit risk and business development experience across Zimbabwe and the broader African continent, Enodious brings unmatched expertise in driving financial inclusion.

Drawing from deep insights into youth-centric ecosystems like EmpowerBank, he specializes in building alternative underwriting frameworks that unlock capital for underserved, mobile, and cross-border entrepreneurs.

Dr. Introini is an international barrister, strategic business executive, and global advocate for sustainable governance—a leader dedicated to bridging institutional policy with real-world economic impact.

With over 13 years of progressive experience, she has spearheaded strategic planning and enterprise development at the intersection of innovation and public-sector commercialisation.

Driven by a vision of systemic equity, she founded the political analysis platform The Sustainability Reader and serves as the Global Chair and Editor-in-Chief for the G100 Global Networking Magazine. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Joshua Chimakula Ngoma as a distinguished speaker at the Re-Imagine Africa Summit.

Dr. Ngoma is a published author, serial social entrepreneur, and veteran of the African mining industry—a leader who has spent a lifetime digging for value, first in the earth, and now in people. With nearly three decades in mining, he co-founded early industry trailblazers including Eyesizwe Mining (a forerunner of Exxaro Resources) and served as founding CEO of Tranter Holdings, scaling it across three countries and over 300 employees.

In 2013, he pivoted from mineral extraction to human potential by founding the Enterprising Africa Regional Network (EARN). Through EARN, Dr. Ngoma dedicates his expertise to developing young African entrepreneurs across agriculture, food, and energy—transforming the continent’s youth into its greatest economic asset. He holds an M.Eng from the University of Pretoria and was conferred a Professional Doctorate in Global Leadership and Management by the European International University, Paris.

He will be sharing actionable insights on transitioning industry expertise into sustainable social enterprise, empowering youth-led innovation, and unlocking human potential across regional markets.

We are pleased to welcome Jack Chimbetete as a distinguished speaker at the Re-Imagine Africa Summit.

Jack is an entrepreneur, filmmaker, and community leader based in Des Moines, Iowa, and the Founder & President of Africa Live Network (ALN) — an African-focused media and entertainment platform connecting Africa with its global diaspora. He is Board President of One Voice DSM and founder of the Iowa African Film Festival, advancing cultural exchange, storytelling, and entrepreneurship across the Africa–Midwest bridge.

A 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow at Drake University, Jack mentors founders through the Drake Business Clinic and serves as an Ambassador of Des Moines. His work has earned the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House and the Passport to Prosperity Award.

We are pleased to welcome Chase Spencer as a distinguished speaker at the Re-Imagine Africa Summit.

Chase is the Program Manager of the Entrepreneurship Centers at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where he builds and leads programming that helps community entrepreneurs and students turn early-stage ideas into viable businesses. He oversees the Drake Business Clinic, an 11-week program for community entrepreneurs, alongside student programs that give founders a path from pitch to funding.

Chase focuses on the earliest — and often hardest — stages of building a company: customer discovery, ideation, and thinking about a business holistically rather than in pieces. Through his mentorship, students and faculty at Drake have moved their businesses from idea to reality, with several going on to win multiple pitch competitions.

He will join Jack Chimbetete (CEO, Africa Live) for a fireside chat on navigating ecosystems from local to global — and what it takes to take an idea from first conversation to fundable venture.

Nyasha is the Chief Business Development Officer at the Great Zambezi Initiative and a social entrepreneur, nutrition expert, and human-centered design thinker. As founder and CEO of Table Turn, she leads work on managing non-communicable diseases in the workplace and eradicating malnutrition across African communities- tackling some of the continent's most pressing health and productivity challenges through design-led solutions.

We are pleased to welcome Natalie Novick as a distinguished speaker at the Re-Imagine Africa Summit.

Natalie is an Advisor to the Great Zambezi Initiative and a seasoned product and innovation leader. Based in Edinburgh, she currently serves as Technical Product Manager at Approov Mobile Security, and has held leadership roles at FoundersBoost (Global Programs Operations Manager, Head of Expansion) and Colony (Product Experience Manager). With over a decade of experience spanning customer development, strategic communications, program management, and startup acceleration, she has worked with hundreds of founders across multiple continents — designing accelerator curricula, mentoring on product-market fit, and building communities that connect entrepreneurs to capital.

A familiar face in the Southern African ecosystem, Natalie has supported and mentored at multiple Techstars Weekend editions across Zambia & Zimbabwe, bringing deep expertise in strategic partnerships and innovation management.

She will be sharing practical insights on building products that matter, finding product-market fit, and navigating the path to investment.
