Mentally and Physically Handicapped Development and Counselling Trust Mentally & Physically Handicapped Development & Counselling Trust (MEPHDECT) is a Zimbabwean registered non profit organization.

The organisation started functioning in 2019 soon after its inception and on completion of all the legal processes.

The International Treaty for Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA) financially supported MEPHDECT to implement a 3 year project in Murehwa district of Mashonaland East Province in Zimbabwe.
