We would like to introduce Mukana, an initiative dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for Zimbabweans so they can support themselves and their families. Our goal is simple: to connect capable individuals who need opportunities with businesses that need reliable workers.

Mukana is more than a job-posting platform. We act as an opportunity creation partner, identifying motivated individuals seeking work, conducting an initial vetting process, and connecting them with businesses that have employment opportunities. Through our platforms, we also share the stories of these individuals and highlight the companies that help transform their lives through employment.

When we met Elvis last year the first thing he said was that he didn’t want to be involved in drugs like some of his peers. He needed something meaningful to keep him occupied and a job was the best way to that. We thank you for making his wish come true. He is now gainfully employed thanks to our friends at Dial A Delivery Zimbabwe and he is more than grateful and excited.
